Scrap-n-Chat Registration Form
The CJ K-3 PTO is hosting a scrapbooking event
April 16th and 17th, 2010.
We welcome all who scrap or have another quiet craft
to join us as we enjoy an adult weekend doing
one of our favorite things!!
The cost of the event is $35.
If you are unable to attend Friday night, the fee is $30.
Your fee includes 1/2 of an 8' table, a goodie bag,
entry into door prizes and a good time!!!
Meals, snacks and beverages will be provided
throughout the event! You won't go hungry!!!
Scrapbooking burns many calories, so
you don't have to worry too much about
what and how much you eat! :)

In order to provide you with the best event possible, we ask
that you register as quickly as you can.
All registrations can be turned in at the CJ K1 and/or 2/3
building office, sent in with a student in the K-3 to give to
their teacher or mailed to:

(Please take into consideration if you are mailing the check during the last week, we may not have it in time. Other arrangements will possibly need to be made.)
All checks need to be made out to: CJ K-3 PTO
and have a registration form attached.
Checks will be held until the week of the event. If you need to cancel,
we will need to be notified as soon as possible. All of the registration
fee will be returned if notified before April 7th,
1/2 returned if notified by 14th.

Please!! If you are going to need electricity, you will need to bring an electrical
cord, one will not be available.
Event will be held in the Carl Junction Primary 2/3 Building located on
2nd and Broadway in Carl Junction. We will be using the doors to the N of the
"Jerry Stark Performing Arts" building. Event will be held in the Commons room.
Event will start at 5pm on April 16th and will be over at 10:00-10:30.
We'll start again at 8am on April 17th and crop/craft til 10:00.
