Pup Snacks...
Each Friday a different snack will be offered for purchase for 50 cents each. At the beginning of the month, an envelope with all the snacks listed, for the month, will be sent home with the students. To make things easier for the teachers, parents and the snack coordinator, we ask that snack money be turned in once a month, no later than the day before the first snack goes out. It can be sent in after then, but depending on pickups, it may be the following week before we can get that child's snack started. Snacks will be followed according to the list as closely as possible.
We are also have what we are call a "pup snack scholarship" fund. If you have a little extra that you would like to donate, please indicate so on the envelope. Those funds will be kept separate and when a total is reached to where all the children can recieve a snack, we will do so. The fund will then start over.
If you are writing a check, please indicate on the memo line the student's name/ teacher/"PS". Please note that by writing a check you agree to the CJ K-3 PTO check writing policy.
If you would like to help with this program, please contact Chevelle at cjk3pto@gmail.com and let me know. It would require some time on Fridays. We will hopefully get enough volunteers to rotate so each person will just be doing it on a once a month basis.
Again, all variations of this will be kept at a minimum. By turning in money one day before snack goes out we have time for a proper count and purchase! Thank you!
***Important notice! Please make sure your child's name and teacher's name are on the envelope in the space allocated! Without it, it is nearly impossible to track down who's a nameless, teacherless envelope belongs to!!! Also, PLEASE do not include any other monies in the pup snack envelope.
