Center Creek
5K Run and Walk
**our October event was cancelled due to a large volumn of RAIN!!
We will work on rescheduling this event for the spring time.
The CJ K-3 PTO along with the CJ High School Track Team
invites you to run for the health of it,
in our first Center Creek 5K Run!
Not only will you be enjoying the fact that you are doing an event
to better your health, but you will be helping in raising
funds for the CJ K-3 PTO! (These funds are used to purchase
technology equipment for the classrooms for our little Bulldog Pups!!)
We are featuring a 5K Run that will be held at the Carl Junction Park.
Registration will be at 8 am, race starts at 9 am.
Award presentation to immediately follow!
6 Age Divisions are as follows:
10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 and 60+
5K Individual Awards will be presented to the
Top 3 Overall Male and Female Runners.
Medals will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners
in each division.
Want to spice up your run a little??? Wear a costume!!!
One prize will be awarded to the "Best Costume"!
(costume must be appropriate!)
Cost of the 5K will be $20 if pre-registered, $25 day of race.
Shirts included for those who register before September 25th!

Rather Walk???
Great!! We are offering a walk for those of you who aren't into running but would like to get some exercise!!
We will be hosting a walk right after the 5K Run!
Walkers can start their walk after the last of the runners
have completed their run! (Approximate time: 10:30).
Walkers can continue to start their walk until 11:00 am.
To enter the walk, there will not be a set fee, but you
can get donations from your family and friends to support
your effort! If you raise $20, you will qualify for a free t-shirt!
(Additional shirts available for $7 each!)
Each registered participant will recieve a special
"Bulldog Pups" goodie bag!
Walk the entire course (approx. 3 miles) or walk how much
of it you would like, it's not a race, just an accomplishment
to your health and proceeds raised benefit the
children in our K-3 classrooms!
